When i first received Labrada whey isolate and smelled the chocolate flavor one i immediately had to do some baking with it and what is better than a chocolate cupcake than a chocolate pb & jelly protein cupcake.
Ingredientes:
•100gr / 3/4cup whole wheat flour
•1 scoop of Labrada Lean body for her chocolate whey isolate*
•10gr / 2tbsp of cocoa powder
•12gr / 2tbsp of chocolate Pb
•1tsp of baking powder
•1tsp of vanilla
•150gr / 3/4cup of appelsauce
•1/4cup of liquid egg white
•1/3cup of almond milk
•Sugar free jelly for filling ( i used strawberry )
*You can use any kind of chocolate whey protein but i'm not responsibble if it ruins the recipe cause i used Labrada nutrition whey isolate that you can order here

-Mix all your dry and wet ingedientes in a seperate bowl,
-Combine your wet ingredientes with your dry ingredientes and mix well.
-Preheat your oven at 437°F / 225 °C
-Scoop 2 tbsp of batter in each cupcake, than add 1 tsp of sugar free jelly on top and cover it with 1tbsp of batter
-Bake for 15min at 400°F /200 °C

And now for the hardest part wich is the cooling part IKR. but just leave them to cool for about 10min. & ENJOOOOY!
