•Dumbell Squat 8x12reps + 1x8=100
•Dumbell Calf Raise 6x20reps
•Dumbell Stiff Leg Deadlift 6x12reps
•Dumbell Step Up 4x12reps
•Goblet Squat 8x12reps + 1x8=100
•Dumbell Front Lunge 4x10reps
•Dumbell Swing Trough 6x12reps
•Dumbell Reverse Lunge 4x10reps
*Remember to use the weight you are comfortable with and you can also change the sets and reps to your own strength level.
