It's great for toning and your heart will be up all the time. For me whenever my heart rate is up during a workout means extra points because it's a cardio to me.
All you need is a mat, some light dumbells (i used 5 pounds dumbell) and MOTIVATION :)

- Shoulder side raises 15x
- Sumo squat to side raise (left) 20x
