- One arm band arm row 3x12 + 1x20 (each side)
- Band pulldown 4x12
- Seated wide grip row 4x12
- Single shoulder band press 3x12 (each arm)
- Side to front band shoulder raise 3x12 (each arm)
- One arm tricep extension 3x10 (each arm)6
- Standing chest band press 3x12
- Standing chest band fly 3x12
- Band bicep curl 4x8
- Band Upp right row 3x12
This is a great workout on it own on a upper day but you can also pair this with some lower body workouts, cardio or some ab exercises.
